General Terms and Conditions of Sale for DFS Construction

The following general terms and conditions of sale apply to all quotes and contracts from DFS Construction. By accepting our services, the client acknowledges the validity of these terms. The quotes provided by DFS Construction are valid for a period of [X] days. Acceptance of the quote is confirmed by signing the corresponding contract. A deposit of [X]% is required upon signing, while the remaining balance is due according to the terms agreed upon in the contract.
